Honestly one of the best fish and chips I’ve had anywhere in the country. The chips were really tasty and perfectly cooked — and they even do cheesy chips, which were amazing! There are loads of nice extras too, including the option to have your fish steamed if you want something healthier (and it’s absolutely lovely). The mushy peas were really tasty, and the curry sauce was spot on. Everything was fresh, great quality, and cooked with real care. The guy serving us was so friendly and even gave our kids some crayons and a colouring book — such a thoughtful touch. The shop could maybe use a bit more decoration, but other than that it’s perfect! We’ve tried plenty of fish and chips up and down the country, and this place is definitely up there with the best. Highly recommend popping in!

This has got to be one of the best chippies in England. I've been to many chippies that profess to be award winning but none are as good as this one. The quality is consistently high and the service is quick. The menu is varied and interesting and the staff are always friendly. I work on the Shadsworth industrial estate and fine it is quicker to go here that EG Garage nearby Excellent chippy.
